Mariann was wonderful to work with. Very helpful in blending the color scheme for our new kitchen cupboards, countertop and hardware. We just love the Essex Truffle cabinets and how they blend so well with the Calacatta Laza Gold counters.

Great working with Matt to have our new pantry cupboards designed. Plus Kevin was very accommodating to us picking out a new couch for our all Seasons room. My cabinets have not been installed yet so I’m not able to leave pictures, however I could not imagine finding any one more pleasant and willing to work with me. They’ve gone out of their way trying to help me choose colors and styles. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to create the atmosphere that makes you feel the most comfortable.

We were comparative shopping for a new master bathroom vanity. The best price was here ! We worked with designer Lynn - she was very professional and detail oriented. We felt very comfortable with the whole process ! We will be back for our kitchen and guest bathroom vanity at a future date.

I met with Brooke at the store. She asked questions and listened to what I wanted. She also gave me ideas to add to my kitchen design. Most important, once home I had several questions and Brooke was very prompt via email/text with answers and responses.

My wife and I, considering updating our kitchen, decided to check out Northeast Factory Direct. I’d seen their billboards everywhere and had been wanting to browse their store. Upon entering the store, we had our guard up, prepared to announce ‘Just looking!’ if approached. However, it was only a few minutes before we knew we needed to ask some questions, and Jessica stepped in to assure us our questions were welcomed and did not exert any pressure at all. As she explained their process, I was struck by her professionalism and personality. We knew this was someone we would enjoy working with. I was surprised when she offered to put our ideas and wants into her design program without any commitment from us for a sale. In under an hour, we were staring at computer images of our kitchen ideas and when she provided us with the price for all the materials we discussed, we were again, pleasantly surprised. Since our initial visit, we’ve made many trips to refine and reselect products (these things are never done in one trip) and each visit has been equally pleasant. We finally paid our deposit and have committed to the project. At this point, we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to work with Jessica and NEFD! At this point, we have a field measure by one of their experts scheduled, as well as a meeting with the contractor Jessica recommended. I will update as the project progresses, but anticipate only positive experiences.

We were on the fence about Northeast Factory Direct, but after reading reviews on their website and getting positive feedback from our contractor and friends, we decided to give them a shot. Working with Earle at the Euclid store was a great experience! He exceeded our expectations, and another designer even jumped in to offer some awesome suggestions for our kitchen design.

We're super happy with the JSI cabinets and Bradley Stone quartz countertop. Delivery was quick, and everything fit perfectly according to Earle's plan and measurements. All of the cabinets and parts arrived very timely and nothing was damaged or missing. We had a minor issue with the stain on the lazy Susan doors, but Northeast worked with us to get it resolved quickly. Jasmyn and Earle were super responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the process.

In the end, we saved money compared to big-name stores, and after extensive research I was just as happy with the quality of the cabinets. If you're considering NEFD, we'd definitely recommend giving them a try. They came through for us, and we're loving our new kitchen. Thank you NEFD for everything!

We have visited the Northeast Factory Direct several times. We have ordered kitchen cabinets, looked at hot tubs, and we just purchased two recliner chairs. The staff is always cheerful and happy to answer our questions. This is our first stop for all our purchases.

I worked with Steve to create a coffee bar for my kitchen. He is amazing to work with and patient in making changes. The prices are very competitive with big box companies. Ask for Steve when you go in for cabinets.

My experience with Northeast Factory Direct has been amazing! Jessica, the designer, is friendly, upfront, and very knowledgeable about products allowing her to give great input on design. The store has large samples of their cabinets that can be used to compare side by side (other stores only have small 2x2 samples which made it harder to visualize). She has provided great communication via email about timelines and guiding me through the many design changes I have made. Jessica even went above and beyond by sending me pictures of samples when I had a change of mind on color. I went other places for kitchen cabinet quotes and the experience was subpar compared to the experience I have had at Northeast Factory Direct.

Our experience with North East Factory Direct has been an intimate one. We have had some hiccups with a couple of things and we were anticipating a fight to get it right. Our designer for our kitchen was Zac and took us through all the basics to achieve what we wanted. When we needed to work through the first issue we were greeted with resistance from the team manager not a good experience and then I reached out to Zac and he came up with a resolution that worked for NEFD and us . The second issue was resolved with Zac on the front line with co operation of non other than Alex the owner of the company.
North East Factory Direct DOES have the customers back! When you sit down with the designer ask lots of questions about what you are looking for and what you expect and if what you want verses what is possible can work for you situation.
Do not be afraid of Factory Direct they do have your back!

Got a great deal on a couch, over at the 140th store. Everyone was super as expected. We've purchased a number of things from North East, including a full set of kitchen cabinets. We always have a great experience there

NE Factory Direct was easy to work with and made all phases of our kitchen remodel project efficient and relatively painless! The people we worked with were very professional and did a great job for a relatively reasonable cost.

We walked in without an appointment. We browsed the selection of cabinetry. We were approached by Kitty, she was extremely friendly and answered our basic questions. She said that she had a client scheduled for 6pm. She said that if he didn't show up that she would continue to assist us. Long story short, she helped us design our new kitchen. The price was quoted was very good and we're waiting for final measurements and move forward with the new kitchen.

Today we stopped in to design/purchase kitchen cabinets for our garage. We worked with Matthew and it was a joy. First of all he walked us around the showroom showing us our various choices and pricing options. No pressure what we chose. Once we decided upon a style and price point he took our dimensions and designed a layout. Bam!! It was that fast. We had a few questions and he walked over to showroom to physically show us our options. With the layout designed we chose our countertop. Cost discussed, deposit given and we were out the door. Time wise - 1 hour and 4 minutes. Thanks Matthew!!

We had a very pleasant time working with Steve. We had talked to him a few months before but now was the time to get serious about possible purchase of kitchen cabinets. He worked with us down to the very last detail. He was very knowledgeable, patient with us and made some very useful suggestions. I worked with Joe. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. Working with him was a laid back and low pressure experience which I appreciated. Sample/display cabinets appear to be well constructed at a competitive price, and I like that hardware is included.

I can’t personally speak to quality yet because we are just starting the process of ordering our cabinets. However, we chose NEFD because our friends used them, and their kitchen is beautiful. We went in thinking we were just going to be getting ideas. Employees let us know they were there to help but were not in any way pushy. We ended up working with Brooke who helped us with ideas, then put together a virtual rendering and quote on the spot using our rough measurements. A few days later, we decided to move forward. Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy and sales-like. It actually made us more motivated because she seemed truly interested in what our goals are.

We had a similar experience when we bought furniture there last fall…great product, excellent value, great customer service, and faster than expected delivery.

Alicia was great when putting together a custom kitchen order for a customer of mine. She knows what she's doing with cabinets and how to efficiently take your vision and make it a reality. I’ve purchased cabinets for my kitchen, laundry room and 4 bathrooms over the course of three years. Factory Direct prices are very good even as inflation is driving up costs. The value-add is their planning. I came in with ideas for my spaces (not just replacement of cabinets in an existing footprint) and Kitty incorporated them in a way that works for every day living and enjoyment. I’m very happy with the quality of my cabinets and the service I received from start to receipt.

Great experience. We rolled in without an appointment to get a feel for what our options were. Beth greeted us and dropped what she was doing to go over kitchen options. We were fortunate that someone cancelled or didn’t show but Beth was patient and offered great insight. She made us feel comfortable from the get go. We made an appointment to look at counter tops and cabinets and consulted with Bill, who was very informative and helpful! He answered all of our questions and had recommendations! It was a very nice experience all around, so far! Can't wait for the install!

My husband and I bought a house with the idea of totally changing the kitchen. We tried the big box stores only to be disappointed in the layout plans. With having four little kids we needed the plans drawn up quickly and accurately. We decided to try out NEFD, and boy were we glad we did! On our first trip we met Robert at the Cleveland location. We voiced our disappointments with trying other kitchen remodel places and just weren’t satisfied. We literally showed Robert some pics of our kitchen, rough measurements, and explained our family situation of having four little ones.
Robert was very attentive to our needs and drew up a masterpiece of a kitchen! And very quickly I may add.
Next was having to pick out the cabinet color and design as well as the countertops. He gave us fantastic input on what he has seen others choose as well as what he felt looked good.  Robert was patient the whole time we were deciding on the options. I finally chose a white quartz countertop with blueish gray cabinets. We were all set and about to sign the papers when I laid eyes on dark sage cabinets that were on display in Robert’s office. I totally did a 180 and needed to have those cabinets instead! Robert didn’t bat an eye. He was awesome at helping me change the order and decide on matching countertops and hardware!
We love our kitchen! It is perfect! It’s what we’ve dreamt of! We had family and friends over during the holidays and everyone was in love! We told them to go see Robert Foell at NEFD! Thank you Robert! You nailed this one!

We are in the early stages of a kitchen update, and so far NEFD has been great to work with! The designer (Marianne Watling) has explained the steps and given us great ideas to work with! A factory measure is next up then ordering the cabinets! And we are thrilled with the quality of the cabinets! They are top notch!
