Zac was our kitchen designer and he listened to us and walked us through the different cabinets they offer and helped us decide which arrangement worked for us. He made awesome suggestions that we never would have thought of if we'd just gone to a big box store and purchased cabinets. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, and the prices were so much better than the big box stores. I'm so glad we decided to give this business a try!

Both guys were polite and super efficient.....had a delivery from another big box store and the guys were so high they could not see straight.....NOT Justin and Jeff......amazing and so refreshing to have great guys doing the deliveries.

Andy is my kitchen designer. He has been so detailed making sure everything looked just right . I recommend him to anyone. I have been planning this for about four years and we were both so excited to start this project.
The guys are coming this weekend to do the final measurements. The cabinets are solid wood with soft close drawers.

Brooke Salisbury is knowledgeable, professional and fantastic! She patiently listens to your needs for a functional kitchen. She asks questions and offers suggestions. I especially appreciated having the visual layouts to look at which she has provided so promptly. In addition my time spent in the store was very worthwhile as she showed me countless options. My experience with Northeast Factory Direct has been amazing! Jessica, the designer, is friendly, upfront, and very knowledgeable about products allowing her to give great input on design. The store has large samples of their cabinets that can be used to compare side by side (other stores only have small 2x2 samples which made it harder to visualize). She has provided great communication via email about timelines and guiding me through the many design changes I have made. Jessica even went above and beyond by sending me pictures of samples when I had a change of mind on color. I went other places for kitchen cabinet quotes and the experience was subpar compared to the experience I have had at Northeast Factory Direct.

Our experience with North East Factory Direct has been an intimate one. We have had some hiccups with a couple of things and we were anticipating a fight to get it right. Our designer for our kitchen was Zac and took us through all the basics to achieve what we wanted. When we needed to work through the first issue we were greeted with resistance from the team manager not a good experience and then I reached out to Zac and he came up with a resolution that worked for NEFD and us . The second issue was resolved with Zac on the front line with co operation of non other than Alex the owner of the company.
North East Factory Direct DOES have the customers back! When you sit down with the designer ask lots of questions about what you are looking for and what you expect and if what you want verses what is possible can work for you situation.
Do not be afraid of Factory Direct they do have your back!

If you are in the market for kitchen cabinets or flooring, Hannah is great! The pantry I really wanted was discounted because they were discontinuing the color , after I paid and the order was placed I got a call to tell me there was none left . Hannah texted me pictures of alternative colors and helped me choose another one and they honored the discontinued price! Would definitely buy from them again.

We walked in without an appointment. We browsed the selection of cabinetry. We were approached by Kitty, she was extremely friendly and answered our basic questions. She said that she had a client scheduled for 6pm. She said that if he didn't show up that she would continue to assist us. Long story short, she helped us design our new kitchen. The price was quoted was very good and we're waiting for final measurements and move forward with the new kitchen.

Today we stopped in to design/purchase kitchen cabinets for our garage. We worked with Matthew and it was a joy. First of all he walked us around the showroom showing us our various choices and pricing options. No pressure what we chose. Once we decided upon a style and price point he took our dimensions and designed a layout. Bam!! It was that fast. We had a few questions and he walked over to showroom to physically show us our options. With the layout designed we chose our countertop. Cost discussed, deposit given and we were out the door. Time wise - 1 hour and 4 minutes. Thanks Matthew!!

We had a very pleasant time working with Steve. We had talked to him a few months before but now was the time to get serious about possible purchase of kitchen cabinets. He worked with us down to the very last detail. He was very knowledgeable, patient with us and made some very useful suggestions. We would recommend anyone interested in remodeling or creating a new kitchen to go see Steve. We were happy we did and know that you would be too!!

Our designer Beth was fantastic. She couldn't have been any better to work with . She answered all of our questions and believe me we had a lot of them. she made sure that we were more than satisfied with everything before we ordered our cabinets. We are recommending her to friends and relatives because we are soooooo satisfied.

5 years ago I bought a couch here on the recommendation from a friend, I couldn’t be happier with it. Then a few years later I had a flood in my house so, I was looking around for a good deal on new kitchen cabinets and couldn’t find anything. I went back to NEFD and spoke to one of Kitchen cabinet sales people Alicia and she really helped me out and got me a great deal and exactly what I was looking for! So I decided to buy my whole new kitchen from them except the countertops and flooring. I couldn’t be happier! Now it’s time for a new couch again so I went back to them and bought another one.
Since I was a repeat customer, they gave me a great deal on this one. So happy! I totally recommend going there if you need anything for your house. Furniture or a new kitchen!

We needed to have a drawer repaired in our kitchen cabinet. Ali was very nice and professional and knew exactly what we needed. The men came out to fix it and they couldn’t be more professional and nice and did a great job and showed us how to take care of it ourselves if needed.

We started a kitchen remodel project and went to Josh at the Macedonia store for help. He was able to walk us through and design what we wanted for our cabinets and countertops. His ability to take our rough dimensions and create a schematic plan that you can actually see what your kitchen will look like by the end of the 1 hour session was amazing. He is very knowledgeable about the process and offered many helpful ideas we did not consider. We are carrying out the plan by getting a detailed measurement and will order everything for our contractor to work on this fall. I would highly recommend meeting with Josh to plan you dream project. In late February we met with Josh at the Macedonian location to begin the journey to a kitchen update. We took our preliminary measurements and layout (which was not changing) and Josh did the rest. By the end of our meeting we had chosen our cabinets and countertops and had a preliminary layout and estimate in hand. By May 1st everything was installed and we couldn’t be happier, the kitchen looks gorgeous. Thank you, Josh, for guiding us through and staying available as questions came up.

Went to Factory Direct in Macedonia to get set up for new kitchen cabinets, counter, backsplash and flooring for kitchen and hallway. Andy was such an EXCELLENT helper at making up a diagram of kitchen, helped us pick out the cabinets and Everything else. He was really friendly and very easy to work with. Got Everything done and explained what would be done and answered all questions we had. So VERY GLAD we went to that store.:):) Now after 47 years of the “70’s” kitchen, we will be in the new and improved 2020’s. Beautiful cabinets, counters, flooring…..Just ALL AROUND EXCELLENT SERVICE AND MERCHANDISE. Andy Wolfe helped us so much with the design and remodel of our kitchen. I was greeted immediately, had my initial questions answered, and had a great selection to shop from. I was then given wonderful help and attention in making my cabinetry and countertop purchase. I was not rushed or pressured in any way. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and purchase. Josh is amazing!

I worked with Joe. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. Working with him was a laid back and low pressure experience which I appreciated. Sample/display cabinets appear to be well constructed at a competitive price, and I like that hardware is included.

I can’t personally speak to quality yet because we are just starting the process of ordering our cabinets. However, we chose NEFD because our friends used them, and their kitchen is beautiful. We went in thinking we were just going to be getting ideas. Employees let us know they were there to help but were not in any way pushy. We ended up working with Brooke who helped us with ideas, then put together a virtual rendering and quote on the spot using our rough measurements. A few days later, we decided to move forward. Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy and sales-like. It actually made us more motivated because she seemed truly interested in what our goals are.

We had a similar experience when we bought furniture there last fall…great product, excellent value, great customer service, and faster than expected delivery.

Alicia was great when putting together a custom kitchen order for a customer of mine. She knows what she's doing with cabinets and how to efficiently take your vision and make it a reality. I’ve purchased cabinets for my kitchen, laundry room and 4 bathrooms over the course of three years. Factory Direct prices are very good even as inflation is driving up costs. The value-add is their planning. I came in with ideas for my spaces (not just replacement of cabinets in an existing footprint) and Kitty incorporated them in a way that works for every day living and enjoyment. I’m very happy with the quality of my cabinets and the service I received from start to receipt.
